The Health & Healing Lifestyle Plan was created to address the chronic state of imbalance and disconnection that modern lifestyle patterns have created within the body.

 

Today, chronic conditions are more common than ever before, and many people are living in a constant state of stress, exhaustion, inflammation, dysregulation, and depletion.

Medical care plays an important role, especially in acute situations and emergencies, but long-term health is built through the daily conditions we create for the body.

Lifestyle is our first line of defense for health.

The body depends on consistent biological support through nourishment, hydration, sleep, movement, sunlight, fresh air, stress regulation, waste removal, healthy hobbies, and circadian alignment.

 

When these foundational needs are neglected over time, the body adapts to chronic stress, and dysfunction begins to develop.

This plan is designed to help reconnect the body with the foundational conditions it was designed to function in.

 

The goal is to help support the body's natural ability to regulate, repair, and restore balance from the inside out through education, awareness, and practical lifestyle implementation.

These observations are used educationally to support lifestyle awareness and help guide foundational support strategies.

Iridology does not diagnose, treat, or cure disease. It is used as a supportive educational tool to better understand patterns of imbalance, stress, and constitutional tendencies within the body.

What does an iridology appointment look like?

Virtual Appointment Iridology appointments are held virtually in a calm, educational setting focused on helping you better understand your body and lifestyle patterns. Photos Submitted Beforehand Clear iris photos must be submitted before the appointment so they can be reviewed in advance. Instructions for lighting, positioning, and image quality will be provided after booking to help ensure the clearest possible images. Timing of the Appointment Iridology appointments are approximately 60 minutes in duration, and are recommended at least one month after the initial consultation. This gives the body time to begin responding to the lifestyle plan and allows patterns, stress responses, and lifestyle habits to be viewed within a broader context. What the Session Focuses On The session focuses on identifying potential genetic tendencies, constitutional strengths, areas of stress, and how the body may be responding to lifestyle patterns over time. The appointment is educational in nature and designed to help connect the dots between lifestyle habits and overall body function. Lifestyle-Based Guidance The information discussed is used to help guide supportive lifestyle habits related to hydration, nutrition, stress support, sleep, circadian rhythm, movement, and other foundational areas of health. Personalized Discussion Clients have the opportunity to ask questions, discuss current lifestyle habits, and better understand how different systems of the body may be connected. Educational, Not Diagnostic Iridology does not diagnose, treat, or cure disease. It is used as an educational observational tool intended to support lifestyle awareness and whole-body wellness.
